For the Pecan Filling: Whisk all ingredients except pecans in medium bowl until thoroughly combined (maple syrup, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, 3 tbs melted Country Crock Plant Butter Avocado Oil Stick, 1 tbs all purpose flour, 1 tsp vanilla extract) . Arrange pecans over bottom of crust.
4. Gently pour maple mixture over pecans. Bake 60 minutes or until until filling is set and slightly puffed. Transfer pie to rack and cool completely.
